01. Sulci Label Translation

This preprocessing step enables to create the mandatory study directory (directory to save all results) and translation files to set the DISCO experiment.

0. Create a database from the file containing all your subjects.

1. Select the database to be studied and write the name of your study in the field study_name.

Other files will be automatically created.

Parameters

database: OpenChoice ( input )

study_name: String ( input )

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( output )

All results will be saved in this directory. Click on the red stack, choose the database to be study and write the name of your study in the field Study.
