03. Sulci Merging

This preprocessing enables to merge sulci together for the experiment (change sulci labelling in the future experiment outputs -not in the native sulci graphs-).

1. Select the study directory.

2. Write the number of merging to be created. The field SulciToBeMerged will be repeated accordingly.

3. Click on the button close to each SulciToBeMerged field to select the sulci to be merged together.

The sulci_to_be_studied file will be updated accordingly.

Parameters

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( input )

Choose the study directory of the experiment.

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( output )

This file will be updated accordingly.

nb_merging: Integer ( input )

Number of merging to be created.

SulciToBeMerged1: ListOf( OpenChoice ) ( input )

List of sulci to be merged for the experiment.
