04. Sulci Not to Be Pruned

The default mode of DISCO enables to keep only the biggest part of the sulci, excpect for sulci specified in this preprocessing.

1. Select the study directory.

2. Choose the sulci not to be pruned using the button.

The sulci_to_be_studied file will be updated accordingly.

Parameters

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( input )

Choose the study directory of the experiment.

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( output )

This file will be updated accordingly.

SulciNotToBePruned: ListOf( OpenChoice ) ( input )

List of sulci not to be pruned for the experiment.
