02b. Sulci To Be Added

Select the study directory using the green stack.

Click on the button close to the SulciToBeRemoved field and choose sulci to be considered to drive DISCO registration.

Do not forget to validate the list.

A new text file will be create to summarize this preprocessing.

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( input )

Choose the study directory of the experiment.

sulci_label_translation: Sulci Label Translation DISCO ( input )

SulciToBeAdded: ListOf( OpenChoice ) ( input )

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( output )
