02a. Sulci To Be Removed

Select the study directory using the green stack.

Click on the button close to the SulciToBeRemoved field and choose sulci to be NOT considered to drive DISCO registration.

Do not forget to validate the list.

A new text file will be create to summarize this preprocessing.

Parameters

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( input )

Choose the study directory of the experiment.

sulci_label_translation: Sulci Label Translation DISCO ( input )

SulciToBeRemoved: ListOf( OpenChoice ) ( input )

List the sulci to be removed from the DISCO constraints.

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( output )

New text file to summarize this preprocessing.
