05. Sulci Weight

The default mode of DISCO attributes a weight dependent on the sulcus size, meaning that the bigger (longer) the weigher. Here you can select sulci to be weight normalized (not tested).

1. Select the study directory.

2. Choose the sulci to be normalized.

The sulci_to_be_studied file will be updated accordingly.

Parameters

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( input )

Choose the study directory of the experiment.

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( input )

This file will be updated accordingly.

SulciWithNormalizedWeight: ListOf( Choice ) ( input )

List of sulci to be weight normalized for the experiment.
