This process places a FLAIR MR image in BrainVISA database
This process enables to copy a FLAIR MR image initially out of BrainVISA database to its location in the database.
To set the parameter input, you must use the standard file browser. This parameter cannot be set with the "database" icon
since the input image is not yet in the BrainVISA database.
To set the parameter output, you must use the "database" icon. As the location of the output image does not exist yet, it will have to be created using the user interface for the choice of the location, using data filter on attributes of the image: choice of the database, type of data, file format, and optionnaly the name of the protocol, subject and acquisition.
The name of the input image is retrieved to fill by default the parameter subject.
First, a database must be chosen (if you have several ones):
Then the data type, file format and a protocol should be chosen. If the protocol does not exist yet, you can type a new name in the protocol field. You can choose a name in the acquisition field or modify the parameter subject.
Now you only have to select the image proposed on the right panel and to validate.
Click on the Run button to run the process.
