Histogram analysis

Analyse a T1-weighted histogram to estimate grey/white statistics

Description

This new histogram analysis can only be used after the new bias correction. It should deal better with large fat modes.

t1mri_nobias: T1 MRI Bias Corrected ( input )

use_hfiltered: Boolean ( input )

hfiltered: T1 MRI Filtered For Histo ( optional, input )

use_wridges: Boolean ( input )

white_ridges: T1 MRI White Matter Ridges ( optional, input )

undersampling: Choice ( input )
