SubvolumeStacking

This process enables to concatenate volumes (along Z axis) that have been individually stacked by running the processes 01. image - stacking individual slices or 02. image - Individualizing and stacking multiple slices. Make sure the volumes have the horizontal and vertical dimensions.

Parameters

Input_ListOf_3dImage: ListOf( 3D Volume ) ( input )
Click on .
Select the volumes to be concatenated by holding down on the control button on your keyboard (Ctrl).
Output_3dImage: 3D Volume ( output )
Click on .
Specify the output directory and enter the output file name.
