You can create a group from a covariate (all subjects with the same value will be grouped) or from several groups (fusion group), or by selecting a list of images from your database.
Create a group of subjects:
- Nuclear Imaging icon -> Analyzes folder -> 03 create group .
- If you want to group all subjects with covariate specific, just indicate the covariate in question by filling the covariate . For this click covariate then select your covariate. OK. group is automatically named using the name of the covariate.
- otherwise must be completed Pet_List . For this click Pet_List then select the topics you want together.
- you must name the group by clicking the group : fill in the field from with the name of the group (eg witnesses, MA ... etc)
- if you want to copy all of these topics in a particular folder, select the base copyGroupFiles then specify the folder by clicking copyOutDir .
- click Run
- note: It is possible to check the values of the covariates for the group icon Imaging nuclear -> Analyzes folder -> 04 Read covariate for group
