Adds new attributes in graphs (especially cortical folds graphs)

Description

Data graphs, either produced by an image processing pipeline, either hand drawn using a regions of interest editor, or coming from other tools (activation clusters graphs...) do not necessarily natively possess all possible descriptor attributes which will be needed by other analysis tools to work properly.
This process aims to add to such a graph some new attributes brung by new extensions, either to complete an "old" graph produced by an older version of the processing tools, or because some graph generation tools do not use the new extensions. This step can be seen as an "data update" step.
These new attributes can be useful for subsequent processings, like automatic cortical folds recognition or morphometric statistics. They are sometimes optional but their absence can lead to less acurate or incomplete results.
In the future, this process will handle the update of all graph types recognized by the AIMS library in a generic way: graphs of cortical sulci, of gyri, of activation clusters, of ROI... Up to now this is only a first version and only cortical folds graphs can benefit from this step, others are just leaved unchanged.
