03. Sulci Merging

This process can be useful for preparing a database to run a DISCO Study, see the corresponding section of the walkthrough.

Description

This preprocessing enables to merge sulci together for the experiment (change sulci labelling in the future experiment outputs -not in the native sulci graphs-).

1. Select the study directory.

2. Write the number of merging to be created. The field SulciToBeMerged will be repeated accordingly.

3. Click on the button close to each SulciToBeMerged field to select the sulci to be merged together.

The sulci_to_be_studied file will be updated accordingly.

Parameters

study_dir: DISCO Study Dir ( input )

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( output )

JSON file containing the list of sulcal constraints. This file is edited in-place by this process.

nb_merging: Integer ( input )

Number of mergings to be created.

SulciToBeMerged1: ListOf( OpenChoice ) ( input )

List of sulci to be merged into a single sulcal constraint.
