04. Sulci Not to Be Pruned

This process can be useful for preparing a database to run a DISCO Study, see the corresponding section of the walkthrough.

Description

The default mode of DISCO is to perform pruning: keep only the longest part of each sulcus and discard the small branches. Sulci specified in this preprocessing will not be pruned, i.e. will be used entirely.

1. Select the study directory.

2. Choose the sulci not to be pruned using the button.

The sulci_to_be_studied file will be updated accordingly.
