Morphological operators application

This process offers the basic binary morphological operators (dilation, erosion, opening and closing).

Paramètres

Input_Binary_3dImage: Volume 3D ( entrée )
Upload binary image to be processed.
Operator: Choice ( input )
Choice one of the basic operators (erosion, dilation, opening or closing).
Radius: Réel ( input )
Enter the radius of the structuring element.
Xmask: Entier ( optional, input )
X size of the distance mask.
Ymask: Entier ( optional, input )
Y size of the distance mask.
Zmask: Entier ( optional, input )
Z size of the distance mask.
Output_Binary_3dImage: Volume 3D ( sortie )
Specify the output directory and enter the output file name.
