Anatomist Show Fold Graph 4 views - general

Viewer of 4 views of the brain meshes with their sulci

Description

This viewer displays 4 views of right and left hemispheres and saves the snapshots automatically. If working on a database, only field "right_graph" has to be filled. At the end of the processing two windows will remain open: the hierarchy (sulcal_root_colors.hie) browser and the 4 views block. Snapshot size (pixels per side -the window is a square-)
output_image: 2D Image ( output )
Output image containing the 4 views (default output directory: /tmp/)

Output image containing the first (vertical) view of the right hemisphere (default output directory: /tmp/)
output_image_2: 2D Image ( output )
Output image containing the first (vertical) view of the left hemisphere (default output directory: /tmp/)
