Resample mesh using Freesurfer mri_surf2surf with FS icosahedron sphere topology
Contrarily to the processes Mesh resampling, Resample label textures, Resampling freesurfer data textures and Computation of resampling parameters (all used in the pipeline Freesurfer outputs To BrainVisa conversion pipeline), this resampling is not based on BrainVISA/AIMS algorithms, but is using the Freesurfer mri_surf2surf command to perform resampling. It thus allows to resample to builtin Freesurfer icospheres, and only to them.
mesh: White Mesh ( input )mesh to be resampled, normally the raw white mesh from Freesurfer
freesurfer_ico_order: Choice ( input )ico order number, as used by Freesurfer command mri_surf2surf: corresponds to the number of targer vertices as follows:
