Quality check pipeline (PET)

Before using this pipeline:

First you need to import your CT and PET Dicom image. see in qualityCheck directory and use import Dicoms process.

Secondly you must convert your images. see in qualityCheck directory and use convert to Nii process.

Finally, you can use this pipeline by selecting your CT image.
