[Volume] Threshold

Threshold on data.

Paramètres

Input_Volume: Volume 3D ( entrée )
Source volume
Output_Directory: Répertoire ( optional, sortie )
Output_Volume: Volume 3D ( sortie )
Output thresholded volume
Mode: Choice ( input )
Thresholding mode that can be:
Threshold: Réel ( input )
First threshold
Second_Threshold: Réel ( optional, input )
Second threshold
Percentage_Mode: Booléen ( optional, input )
Thresholds are expressed in percentage of voxel value: threshold = min+(max-min)*(percentage/100)
Binary_Mode: Booléen ( optional, input )
Force binary mode (output is binary, not grayscale)
Background: Réel ( optional, input )
Background value set on thresholded out voxels in non-binary mode [default: 0]
Foreground: Réel ( optional, input )
Foreground value set on thresholded in voxels in binary mode [default: 32767]
Clip: Booléen ( optional, input )
Clip thresholded-out values
Debug_Level: Entier ( optional, input )
Debug traces to print [default=0]
Verbose: Booléen ( optional, input )
