Find spheres' center in PET

Segment spheres of the PET image allows you to find each center of hot spheres

Description

First, find the center of the 3 hottest spheres :

  • find a threshold thanks to the volume of hot spheres 3, 4 and 5
  • apply the threshold
  • use AimsConnectComp to find the 4 biggest connexe composants. (The biggest one is the jaszczak, then the 3 hottest spheres.)
  • use AimsPassCenter to find center of each of this 3 spheres.
  • Secondly, find the center of the other spheres (using a rotation of the others)

    Finally, find palette bound to see easily hot spheres.
