Compute a mesh of the whole brain

Description

This treatment computes a mesh of the whole brain, after some opening of the sulci to improve visualization. The mesh includes the two hemispheres and the cerebellum. It should be noted that the cerebellum definition may be bad, because the whole segmentation is tuned for best result with the hemispheres. A higher spatial resolution may be required for cerebellum shape analysis. .
