Cortical Surface Parameterization Pipeline

This process provide a complete parameterisation of the cortical surface (grey/white interface), i.e. it defines a coordinate system on the surface. This coordinate system provides inter-subject matching.

Description

The process builds a surface-based coordinate system on each hemisphere. It also parcellates the surface of each hemisphere on the basis of the coordinate system.
