Mask and Normalize Group Profile

Computes and normalizes an average connectivity profile of a group of subjects, restricted to groupwise strongly connected regions.

normed_group_profile:           /my/path/brainvisa_db/subjects/group_analysis/g1/connectivity_clustering/avg/initiation/lh.inferiorparietal/smooth3.0

Parameters

group_mask: Mask Texture ( input )

The most representative connectivity pattern of a group of subjects.

group_profile: Connectivity Profile Texture ( input )

Average connectivity profile of the group of subjects.

normed_group_profile: Connectivity Profile Texture ( output )

Mean normed profile of a group of subjects.
