Inflation of the grey/white interface
This treatment inflates the cortical surface for visualization purpose. You can save a sampling of the inflating for visualization. The series includes t=0, t=10, t=20, t=40, t=80, etc..., t=last_iteration. A texture including mean curvature of the original mesh is also provided in 'meanCurvature.tex' in order to highlight sulci. You can mix (fusion) this texture with a functional texture using 2D textures in Anatomist (the functional texture is created via fusion between the original surface and a volumic SPM, according to various parameters)
