Usage: cartoFSLmatToTrm.py [options]

Transforms a FSL registration matrix (.mat, but _not_ a matlab file) into an
AIMS .trm transformation file, and converts coordinates systems from FSL to
AIMS.

Options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -i INPUT, --input=INPUT
                        input .mat FSL transformation
  -o OUTPUT, --output=OUTPUT
                        output .trm AIMS transformation
  -s SOURCE, --source=SOURCE
                        transformation source image
  -d DESTINATION, --destination=DESTINATION
                        transformation destination image
