Use BrainSight positioning system for TMS for display in Anatomist'
''This process uses BrainSight localization system, and is useless without it.
BrainSight only runs on Mac, so it is only useful on MacOS X.BrainSight can record TMS coil or pointer position in "real-time" and output it to a file. This process scans this file continuously and reports positions (and orientations) of the TMS coil or pointer to Anatomist. This allows using the power of all Anatomist visualization tools with "real-time" TMS localization. Typically it will allow seing exactly where the coil is located relatively to the scalp, or fMRI activation maps, brain structures, or all those at the same time.
