SPM toolbox

This toolbox is an interface to the SPM software. In order to work,

• SPM needs to be installed first: SPM is not part of the BrainVISA distribution and has to be installed independently.
• BrainVISA has to be configured to point to SPM paths: open the BrainVISA / Preferences menu, then select the SPM tab, and fill in the required locations.

The toolbox may use SPM12 or SPM8, and can use either the Matlab versions of SPM, or the standalone variants (compiled, Matlab not required).
