Cropping a list of images and labels

This process is used in the 3D photographic reconstruction project . It enables to crop and initialize the list of photos relative to the embedding medium.

The cropping process.

Paramètres

Input_ListOf_Image: ListOf( Volume 3D ) ( input )

Select the input list of bounding box files

Input_ListOf_Label: ListOf( Volume 3D ) ( optional, input )

Select the multiple labeled images to be cropping

Input_ListOf_BoundingBox: ListOf( Text file ) ( input )

Output_ListOf_Image: ListOf( Volume 3D ) ( output )

Specify the output list of images

Output_ListOf_Label: ListOf( Volume 3D ) ( optional, output )

Specify the output list of images label corresponding to the result of the segmentation by biovision process
