This process carves a subvolume in the original volume.
Input_Volume: 3D Volume ( input )Click on.
Select the original volume to be carved, for instance Test_volume_rat1_cresyl.ima.
Axial_Left_Border: Point3D ( optional, input )Click onto access the volume to be carved and to select the coordinates of the axial left border. When you click the first time, a new Anatomist session is opened. Make sure your volume appears in an axial window. Then, if the cursor is correctly located on the volume, click again to display the coordinates in the field.
This parameter is optional as well as the following ones.
Axial_Right_Border: Point3D ( optional, input )Cf. Axial_Left_Border
Axial_Top_Border: Point3D ( optional, input )Cf. Axial_Left_Border
Axial_Down_Border: Point3D ( optional, input )Cf. Axial_Left_Border
Coronal_Top_Border: Point3D ( optional, input )Cf. Axial_Left_Border. Make sure your volume appears in a coronal window.
Coronal_Down_Border: Point3D ( optional, input )Cf. Axial_Left_Border. Make sure your volume appears in a coronal window.
Generate_Motion: Boolean ( input )Allow to generate motion associated to subvolume extraction (default: automated generation of output motion file name).
Output_Volume: 3D Volume ( output )Click on.
Specify the output directory and enter the output file name, for instance Test_crop_volume_rat1_cresyl.ima.
