Very simple process that compute a brain mask from a SPMt map. This is an essential step since the mask is further used for computing the primal sketch of the SPMt.
Very simple process that compute a brain mask from a SPMt map. This is an essential step since the mask is further used for computing the primal sketch of the SPMt. The size of the dilation (in mm) should be two to three times the voxel size.
