Morphological operators application

This process offers the basic binary morphological operators (dilation, erosion, opening and closing).

Parameters

Input_Binary_3dImage: 3D Volume ( input )

Upload binary image to be processed.

Operator: Choice ( input )

Choice one of the basic operators (erosion, dilation, opening or closing).

Radius: Float ( input )

Enter the radius of the structuring element.

Xmask: Integer ( optional, input )

X size of the distance mask.

Ymask: Integer ( optional, input )

Y size of the distance mask.

Zmask: Integer ( optional, input )

Z size of the distance mask.

Output_Binary_3dImage: 3D Volume ( output )

Specify the output directory and enter the output file name.
