This tool creates an deformation field mapping data from subjectA space into subjectB space, considering DISCO deformations.
- Choose the type of the study (Native or AfterDISCO).
- Select the study directory of the experiment
- Choose the nobias of subjectA.
- Choose the nobias of subjectB.
If the subjectA (subjectB) to be considered has been pre-processed before the Morphologist processing (add border to initial data), it is possible to estimate the global deformation field using the Other mode of the choice_native_image_A (choice_native_image_B) parameter. In this case, add the initial data (in native_image_A (native_image_B)) and the transformation representing the added border (border_nobias_A (border_nobias_B)).

- Choose Morphologist nobias if you want the deformation field to have the geometry of the data that was used as an input to DISCO (i.e. the image processed through Morphologist).
- Choose Other for using a different geometry (e.g. an image with a different field of view, such as a cropped image).
