Import Vois

Process to import mask/atlas used in PET processes.

Parameters

voi_space: Choice ( input )
Space of VOI or atlas to import.
t1mri_nobias: T1 MRI Bias Corrected ( optional, input )
T1 MRI in the same space as VOI to import. Only used to visualise atlas and select VOI labels manually. Not used if `voi_translation` already given.
atlas_label_mask: ListOf( atlas label volume ) ( optional, input )
atlas_label_translation: ListOf( atlas label volume translation ) ( optional, input )
voi_to_import: 4D Volume ( input )
File of VOI to import.
voi_translation: Text file ( optional, input )
JSON file of translation of labels in `voi_to_import`.
voi_type: Choice ( input )
voi_name: String ( input )
Name of the VOI in Brainvisa database.
atlas_name: String ( optional, input )
Name of the altas in Brainvisa database.
voi_stat_imported: quantitative analysis label volume ( output )
voi_stat_translation: quantitative analysis label volume translation ( output )
voi_ref_imported: reference region mask ( optional, output )
voi_ref_translation: reference region mask translation ( optional, output )
atlas_imported: atlas label volume ( optional, output )
atlas_translation: atlas label volume translation ( optional, output )
