Resampling

Interface of AimsApplyTransform command

Parameters

Input_ListOf_Image: ListOf( 3D Volume ) ( input )
Upload list of images
Volume_Dimension: ListOf( Integer ) ( optional, input )
Enter the dimension volume [dx, dy, dz] of the resampled volume.
Voxel_Size: ListOf( Float ) ( optional, input )
Enter the voxel size [sx, sy, sz] of the resampled volume in mm.
Borders_Value: ListOf( Integer ) ( optional, input )
Resampling_Type: Choice ( input )
choose the resampling type for your application (Linear, Nearest, Quadratic, Cubic)
Motion_Matrix: ListOf( Transformation matrix ) ( optional, input )
Specify the list of motion files
Output_Directory: Directory ( optional, input )
Specify the output directory in which the volumes will be stored.
Output_ListOf_Image: ListOf( 3D Volume ) ( output )
Specify the list of output images.
