FlipApplicationOnASlice

This process enables to flip one slice from a volume either in a mirror way or swapping coordinates.

Paramètres

Input_3dImage: Volume 3D ( entrée )
Click on .
Select the volume containing the slice to be flipped, Test_volume_rat1_cresyl.ima.
Flip_Slice_Number: Entier ( input )
Enter the number of the slice to be flipped.
Flip_Parameter: Choice ( input )
Choose the flip mode among the list, for instance xx (swap the X-axis i.e. reverse the X-axis coordinates).
Concerning our demonstration data, it flips the slice number 23 in a vertical mirror way.
By default, this parameter is set to xx.
Output_3dImage: Volume 3D ( optional, sortie )
Click on .
Specify the output directory and enter the output file name, for instance Test_flip23xx_volume_rat1_cresyl.ima.
This parameter is optional. If you do not complete it, you will be notified by a warning message that the process will be going to overwrite the input volume.
