Mask and Normalize Group Profile

Computes and normalizes an average connectivity profile of a group of subjects, restricted to groupwise strongly connected regions.

Paramètres

group_mask: Mask Texture ( entrée )

The most representative connectivity pattern of a group of subjects.

group_profile: Connectivity Profile Texture ( entrée )

Average connectivity profile of the group of subjects.

normed_group_profile: Connectivity Profile Texture ( sortie )

Mean normed profile of a group of subjects.
