Extracts Talairach transformation information from a graph file

Description

Talairach transformation information is normally stored in cortiacal fold graphs and possibly other graph variants. This transformation is built from AC, PC points and some scale factors. This transformation can be extracted to be used with other Vip/Aims/Anatomist programs.
