03. Grid deformation

This is an internal component, see Disco pipeline for general information.

Description

This step converts the DISCO deformation estimated in 02. Template building into forward and inverse deformation fields. This is done in applying the deformation to a regular grid whose step size can be controlled with the approx parameter.

approx: Entier ( input )
Step size of the grid, in millimetres. Decreasing this value can improve the precision of the deformation fields, at the cost of increased processing time.
