02a. Sulci To Be Removed

This process can be useful for preparing a database to run a DISCO Study, see the corresponding section of the walkthrough.

Description

Select the study directory using the green stack.

Click on the button close to the SulciToBeRemoved field and choose sulci to be NOT considered to drive DISCO registration.

Do not forget to validate the list.

A new text file will be create to summarize this preprocessing.

SulciToBeRemoved: ListOf( OpenChoice ) ( input )

List the sulci to be removed from the DISCO constraints.

sulci_to_be_studied: Sulci To Be Studied DISCO ( sortie )

JSON file containing the list of sulcal constraints. This file is created from scratch by this process.
