View Sulci of all subjects before and after DISCO

Viewer to display sulci before and after DISCO deformation (in Talairach space).

1. Select the study directory of the experiment.

2. Select the nomenclature to label sulci (sulcal_root_colors.hie).

3. Choose the hemispher to be visualized (side parameter).

You can display only sulci involved in the DISCO registration or all sulci.
