Group Connectivity Profile

Computes an average connectivity profile of the group of subjects.

Parameters

new_study_name: String ( optional, input )

Optional name given to the group study.
Default to study_name.

normed_individual_profiles: ListOf( Connectivity Profile Texture ) ( input )

List of the normed individual profiles of the given group of subjects.

subjects_group: Group definition ( input )

The XML file corresponding to the subjects group.

group_profile: Connectivity Profile Texture ( output )

Average connectivity profile of the group of subjects.
