Re: Installation problem on Mac OSX Lion 2.7

Hello, It seems a Qt library is missing in the 4.3 package. Indeed, we use QtWebKit only since the 4.3 version, so maybe we forgot to put in the package a dependency of this library (QtDBus ?). Maybe you could install Qt4 (4.6.2) on your system to workaround the problem or wait for a next package......

Re: specifying the location of the .brainvisa directory

Hello,

No it is not possible, the HOME environment variable is used to create the .brainvisa directory. But you could change the HOME variable to another directory before running Brainvisa.

Re: "Head Mesh" in Morphologist 2012

Hi, I have just tried the Morphologist pipeline and the head mesh is computed and readable. Did you use the latest release 4.3 of Brainvisa package ? Did you see an error message during the execution of the head mesh step ? The head mesh is in gifti format by default if the input image is in nifti f...

Re: Morphologisk

Hello,

Doing the online tutorial step by step using the demo data should help learning how to use Brainvisa.
But there are no training courses planned for the moment, sorry.

Re: mesh referential units

Hi, The coordinates of meshes vertices are in millimeters. You can get the coordinates values via a python script using Aims Python API. You will find useful examples in Aims tutorial here : http://brainvisa.info/doc/aimsdata-4.2/aims_training/en/html/ch10.html#N1083B And you are right about the coo...

Re: How to use command BrainVISA onto a script shell?

Hello, If you want to run several processes via a script, it is better to use the command brainvisa -b -e myscript.py , with the code to run Brainvisa processes in a python script (myscript.py in the example). In this script, you can use brainvisa python API to run processes. Here is an example of s...

Re: Nouvelle BD / Ancienne BD

Hi, 3.0 version is quite old, I'm afraid we do not have such documentation for this version. But if you want to convert a 3.0 database to a 3.1 database, a Brainvisa process can do it for you : Data management -> Convert old database. Here are a few rules of conversion between the old and the new da...

Hi,

I suppose we did not package the libtk because we don't use it in Brainvisa. What is your use case that requires the python of Brainvisa package and the libtk ?

Re: runtime error in Split Brain Mask

Hi Saideh, The green check mark in front of the steps only means that the process terminated without raising an error. But it does not always mean that the results are correct or good enough to get the next steps successful. You should check the results of the previous steps anyway by clicking on th...
