It seems working if:
- all libsqlite3* files in the lib/ directory are moved
- file libBLAS.dylib in the lib/directory is moved

Re: Nifti with Anatomist
Hum, We tried your suggestion: the use of "Apply building referential" but without succeeding. We add to this email two examples of the superpostion of two images, anatomical and fonctional, using Anatomist and Mricron. As you can see the superposition is correct with the later but not the...

Nifti with Anatomist
We have troubles in openning Nifti files. We have a structural image and fMRI images in nifti format (3D or 4D). In their respective hdr, the orientation parameters (equivalent to .mat files in SPM2) are different. With SPM5 and MRICron the images can be superimposed. With anatomist apparently the o...

referential trnsformation
Hi, I would like to visualize using BV/Anatomist 3.1 images produced by Spm5. Images are coregistered in the same space but not resliced. I have referential troubles. With previous versions I used SPM to AIMS transformation converter. Is this converter alwayd needed or should I follow a new procedur...

missing converters
Hello, Using BV 3.0.2, in expert mode, I access only to a short list of converters. Especially SPM to AIMS is missing. The path to matlab is correctly put. However, the logfile indicates 'pymat6 or 'pymat7 importation failed' error for a path to matlab6_5 or to matlab7 respectively. How can I solve ...

projection methods
I would like to better understand the projection methods used when one wants to project activations on a reconstructed or inflated cortical surface. This is a central point for the correctness of the displayed results. What does 'moyenne corrigée' and 'moyenne rehaussée' (in french in my version) ex...

spm to aims transformation converter
Apparently, the script "spm to aims transformation converter" fails for the calculation of a tranformation matrix when the registered_volume is rotated (in my case of 0.8 rd around X). Although, my input transformation ensures a correct superposition of my two images under SPM. Have you an...
