segmented and labelled sulci
Hello there, I would like to know if the transverse temporal sulcus and the intermediate sulcus (which separates multiple transverse temporal gyri when they exist) are segmented and labelled in brainvisa? If so, do you have an idea of the reliability of the segmentation of this structure? I will pro...

Re: Roi export as nifti mask goes into wrong space
Hi again Denis,
No unfortunately this workaround does not work, it generates an image in exactly the same space as the original label.
best,
Narly.

Re: Roi export as nifti mask goes into wrong space
Hi Denis, I'm having exactly the same problem as descibed above (I'm exporting into analyze format, will exporting into nifti solve the problem? I suspect not..). Has this fix been released yet? (I don't see the dates of the releases anywhere and so I'm not sure if a new version has been released si...

SuSE Enterprise (SLED 10.2)
Hi Denis,
I've tested anatomist (but not all the brainvisa components) on SuSE Enterprise (SLED 10.2) and it works
(I did not test Centos / Ubuntu in the end)
all the best,
Narly.

Re: Brainvisa and Fedora 7
Bonjour!
I would like to know if the problems listed below with running anatomist on Fedora 7 still exist, or are there now any patches or other interventions available for making brainvisa and anatomist run on Fedora 7? If not, does everything work OK on Fedora 6?
thanks,
Narly.

dwt2
Hi Jean-Francois,
So which measure is it that can be thought of as reflecting the things you mentioned (differences in axon packing, myelin sheet thickness, axon diameters), is it the FA?
thanks,
Narly.

dwt2
Hi Jean-Francois,
Thanks for your response. Can you point me to any references in which they discuss (or at least propose) the possible interpretation for dwt2 image values?
best,
Narly.

question - again
Hello there, You say that 'Diffusion-weighted T2 image (dwt2) is the product of diffusion-weighted values to the power 1/number-of-diffusion-weighted-values'. What does this mean in non-mathematical terms? In other words, how can a difference in the mean dwt2 value along a bundle between two populat...

tracking problem
Hi Yann, I have 3 questions in response to your suggestion: > You may try to use an ROI to limit the tracking to the area covered by the > three bundles you want to combine. Then you redo the tracking giving this > ROI as mask. And finally you apply your brules file to select only fibers > that touc...
