Hello!
Do you have any update by chance on this issue? is there a way to get the "weightlessness" view on a Mac OS?
Thanks!

Thank you Denis for your answer. I understand your concern about Matlab. It is challenging to follow the versions.. I will explore the tricks that you give me to achieve what I want. Thanks!

DTS format?
Hi all!
I have a strange format MRI: .dts.
I couldn't open it with anatomist. From what I read on the web it seems to be a Philips format: do you have by chance any experience with DTS format? Is there a way to convert it to a regular format (anything readable by anatomist)?
Thank you!

Re: Install pb : error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6
Hello THX, It's been a long time since I faced this problem, and I don't remember what exactly solve the problem (and it's a shame that I didn't report it in this forum...), but I would check the environnement variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I usually set it like this (in Fedora..) : setenv LD_LIBRARY_PAT...

Re: MAC OSX LEOPARD
Hello ! any news about running BV and anatomist on Leaopard ? I plan to buy a laptop, and I want to be able to run BV + package MEEG and anatomist on it. I was thinking about buying a MAC book (no budget for a pro...) and install Parallel to switch from Mac to Linux (to be able to visualize dataset ...

Hello Yann, I notice that AimsConvexHull doesn't take every points to do the triangulation (some points are ignored, and not use to build the mesh) is it possible to constrain it to take ALL the points and not more ? or do you know a Matlab function that could do this ? (if fact, the best would be a...

create mesh from a list of points
Hello ! I would like to create a mesh which is not a sphere or a cube or any basic shape.. I couldn't find the way to do this, could you tell me if I can do this easily (or hardly...)? For example I have 10 points that represent a surface, I would like to create the mesh for which the triangles (at ...
