Hi Denis,
I placed the libcifti.dll in ..\brainvisa-4.6.1\lib folder and it worked. Before, anatomist really crashed and I could not use it.
Thanks a lot for your help!

libCifti.dll missing windows 7 BrainVISA 4.6.1
Dear all, when trying to open Anatomist in a new installation of BrainVISA4.7 on a windows7 system I get the error message that 'libCifti.dll' is missing. I could not find a similar post yet and I also could not identify a good source for this missing dll-file. Does anyone know about this issue? Bes...

ROI points representing intracranial electrode positions
Dear all, I am trying to plot ROI points of intracranial EEG contacts in BrainVISA together with a brainsurface mesh. The segmented brainsurface is extracted from a MRI that was normalized to the MNI standard brain and I have the MNI coordinates of all implanted electrode contacts. Is there a simple...

Re: Processing of .nii files registered with fsl
This problem is solved. It seems like the MRIs did not have the same resolution. Therefore they were misaligned.

Processing of .nii files registered with fsl
Dear BrainVISA experts! I used fsl to register two images. Afterwards I imported both images in .nii format in BrainVISA and run the Morphologist 2013 pipeline. When finally comparing the results I have very nice segmentations of the brains (even though there were subdural electrodes in place :) ). ...

Re: BrainVISA 4.2.1/ 4.3, Mac OS 10.7.5
Dear Denis, I think the other posts don't help in this case. Wenn typing: open /Applications/brainvisa-4.3.0/BrainVISA.app the error message is the following: LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /Applications/brainvisa-4.3.0/BrainVISA.app. It would be great, if you know how to...

BrainVISA 4.2.1/ 4.3, Mac OS 10.7.5
Dear all, I cannot open BrainVISA on my Mac. When double clicking on the icon it starts to appear in Dock, then it disappears without opening the program. It is the same for BrainVISA 4.2.1 & 4.3. I don't have any problems with the anatomist though. I hope there is someone who knows what might b...
