hi all
Everything works fine on leopard (macbook pro intel 2.4Ghz, OsX 10.5)
I have to admit it was a pain, but there are some tricks to use that make everything goes fine. And Denis made some changes in the code so everything compiles fine.

Re: Building BV 3.1 on Mac Intel
Hi all, I join the topic because i experienced this kind of problem, while installing Qt3 on mac OsX 10.5. Installing everything on leopard might be a pain, so this may bring some help and avoid some hours (days...) of pain. Even if it may be a sligthly different issue, i give here the installation ...

.obj to .mesh
Hi all,
I haven't found this on the forum, but is there a way to convert a minc .obj surface (not volume) to a .tri or a .mesh? I have a home made converter, but it seems that there is an orientation issue by taking directly the 3d coordinates of vertices.
Thx a lot!

Talairach Grid
hi all! i haven't checked if there was a similar question so sorry in advance if it exists already! One of the brainvisa process builds a talairach grid mesh. But: 1) Only the left side is built, and there is no option in the brick to choose left, right or both. Is there a trick i didn't see? Or may...

crash
Hi all there's a bug in my anatomist. I have a surface .mesh and a ROI graph, i fusion them together, the output is a textured surface. Great. But when i try to export the texture as a new object or to save this new texture, anatomist crashes (log "only" shows a segmentation fault). This i...

graph algo
Hi all!
little question : is there an implementation, somewhere in Aims, of a shortest way algo between 2 vertex in a graph?? (i don't feel looking at all methods names! )
I'm going to look into aims, but if you have any idea, let me know!
thx a lot

selecting graph nodes on multiple windows, via a hierarchy
hi everyone ;-) Let's talk about sulci in graphs/hierarchy/3d windows... With anatomist, when you have several 3D windows (with tri and graphs in them), and a hierarchy on a browser, when you select a node (type = CorticalFoldArg) of the hierarchy, the corresponding sulci are selected in ALL the 3D ...
