I have tried bringing in GEMS diffusion dicom data either through an import process or through a diffusion process which is expecting t2 and raw_dwi data and both fail. When I try add the images, the application hangs. Do I need more memory (I have 1GB on that system)? The data I have has either 25 ...

I see there is a process listed for EPI correction of DWI data. Does this correction require a specific field map data collection that should be done separately? Thanks in advance.

Can anyone recommend a way to bring in GEMS DICOM data from an Excite system? I have numbered DICOM images and a table.dat file. I see as input the T2 and DWI data (images 1:32 and 33-N) but nothing for the table.dat.
