Re: Bug in diffusion to extended AC/PC referential ?
Hi, this module does not seem to work yet... When I try it again I get this error message (it seems as if AC/PC was calculated correctly but then EACPC does not): Traitement Diffusion to Extended AC/PC referential 1 démarré sur 2010/06/15 17:05 xMin, xMax : -47.8147372 , 221.44459 yMin, yMax : -33.9...

Re: Error message in Tracking pipeline
Hi Sandra,
I got the same issue and found the solution: you have to fulfill the "density_map" and put a name for the file being created (even if indicated as not mandatory, I think this is an error)

Re: volume calculation
Hi, Thanks for the AimsVoiStat command explanation. Its output is like this: RoiName| StTime| DuTime| Volume| Mean| StdDev| Min| Max I tried this on a single arg drawn on a T1 image; therefore I don't understand how it outputs a Mean, StdDev, Min and Max ? What are StTime and DuTime for ??? thanks, ...

Re: Error message in Tracking pipeline
Hi Sandra,
In which submodule of the pipeline does this error occur (tracking ? bundles transformation ? bundles analysis ?) ?
Have you attempted to execute each of these modules separately ?
Best,
Josselin

Two questions about Brainvisa 4.0
Hi everyone, I have two questions about Brainvisa 4.0: -which Linux system do you advise for it ? I am in the process of installing one on my computer and I have the choice between Fedora 12 and Mandriva 2010 Free edition. Will BV 4.0 be compatible with both ? -when will it be available ? Thanks! Jo...

System recommended for Brainvisa ?
Hi, I know a post was made a few years ago about this topic (http://brainvisa.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=447) but I would like to get an update on it. I am going to buy a PC, mostly to process DTI data with brainvisa. More precisely: -do you think the windows version is as reliable as the li...

Re: Bug in ROI drawing with anatomist 3.1
Hi Denis, Quite strange... I am using BV 3.1 under both Linux and Windows and I get the same problem in both versions, and I don't have them with 3.0.1 BV What's even more strange is that bug happens sometimes, even during the same drawing session Sometimes I can draw, sometimes I can't and so I hav...

Re: Bug in 3.1 "Brain Mask for T2" in diffusion pipeline
Hi,
No, I took a new raw image and created a database from it.
The database seems to run perfectly well.
Please note, that by undergoing exactly the same steps, I get this bug only in the 3.1 Linux version and not in the 3.1 Windows one...
Any help ?
bye

Bug in ROI drawing with anatomist 3.1
Hello, I found another bug in anatomist 3.1 which doesn't exist in 3.0.1, while drawing: it works nicely when you are drawing with the ROI tool box a first ROI. But when you add a second ROI and you try to draw it, it is impossible: clicking on voxels does nothing, doesn't draw the ROI. So I have to...

Bug in 3.1 "Brain Mask for T2" in diffusion pipeline
Hi guys, There seems to be a bug in the Linux version of your 3.1. Brainvisa. It is impossible for me to run "brain mask for T2" in diffusion pipeline because 1° the database refuses to build a name, hierarchy etc... for the mask file 2° when I manually put a name for the mask file, and pr...

Error in"Fiber tracking" process:"no possible orientation"
Hello, Thanks for your 3.1 version of Brainvisa. In the "fiber tracking" module, when I try to do "best choice" or "probabilistic" tracking, I always get the same error message : "comistTracking: no possible orientation". Whereas with the "likelihood"...

Re: Ignoring/averaging several T2images in diffusion importation
ok, thanks
in the "generic diffusion importation" process, under which format must I inform the fields "bvalue" and orientation ?
and how must I put the images ? one file by one file or in a 4D volume ?
thanks
