I am not pretty confident in the directionality of the orientations of my minf file. I mean I am not sure I have done it from left to right or from right to left on the x axis (and the same for y and z). Do you think it will change anything on the results of the FA, ADC and RGB maps and on the tract...

Ignoring/averaging several T2images in diffusion importation
Hi, I am importing DTI images with several T2 images. I can't do "Import Diffusion GEMS" for example, because my T2 images are spreaded among my data as the 1, 2, 32, 33rd and last images of my 65 images (60directions + 5 b=0). How can I do it ? Is there a way brainvisa can handle with mul...

Orientation gradients in minf file
Hello, I am building the minf file for a .ima image designed to go through the diffusion tensor pipeline. The images come from a Phillips scanner and I get the directions of the gradients in a MPS referential/placemark (Mesure, Phase, Slice). Other are in the LPH (Left, Post, Head) referential. Are ...

Hi, I am trying to import diffusion data. flipping axis (x vs y vs z) on T1 images
I have just imported DICOM images and axis x, y and z are flipped between them when I look at them in Anatomist i.e. x is used for y, y for z and z for x (when I want to look at horizontal slices, I have got sagittal ones). Is there any command to flip axis ?
Thanks

resample ROI graph ?
if you have a destination image, you can use the "Resample ROI grah" brick in "registration" of brainvisa I think ?
but as denis said, you need a template or destination image

.features file handling
Hello, I am using BrainVISA under WindowsXP and/or Fedora Core 4. Is there anyway to automatically transfer values from the .features file generated by "Diffusion Bundles Analysis" into an excel file which would contain the numeric results and no things such as " 'numberOfFascicles': ...
