Re: lesion segmentation

would it be possible to subtract the T1 post resection from the T1 pre resection ?
that could help me.
I have the transformation matrix so I can see them coregistered on anatomist. But I don't know how to subtract the two images. I can do the fusion, but not the subtraction for now.

brainvisa 4.5 hierarchy 3.2.0: center/protocol

Hi, In the hierarchy 3.2.0 used in brainvisa 4.5, you removed the "protocol" directory and replaced it with "center". is that permanent ? we liked the protocol directory :) and the toolbox we are developing (with manik) use protocols to filter the subject as we have epilepsy data...

lesion segmentation

Hi,
is there a tool in brainvisa to automatically perform a 3D ROI of a lesion (part of the brain removed, so no need of a crazy algorithm).

Re: command line clip

I tried it and I got this:

prop: clip_distance
prop: clipping
prop: window
Exception in command/history writer: missing semantic attribute windows in WindowConfig / command type: WindowConfig
<anatomist.cpp.RegularCommand object at 0x812a628>

command line clip

Hello, I am trying to make a "checkbox button" to remove of the 3D view all object distant by more than 5 mm from the current plane. I can do it "manually" when I have the 3D viewer by clicking on "Scene" -> "Tools" -> in the submenu "Clipping Plane"...

morphologist: running sulci identification from python

Hello, I am trying to run the sulci identification step from morphologist using python (from the IntrAnatElect toolbox). currently I have this command line: self.brainvisaContext.runInteractiveProcess(myCallback, 'Morphologist 2012', mri = self.mriAcPc, Normalised='No', Anterior_Commissure = self.Ac...
